Sessions are 60 minutes. You'll alternate between the wood-fired sauna (15–20 minutes) and the cold plunge or rest area (3–5 minutes). Repeat at your own pace. We provide towels and hot tea on arrival. It's self-guided — go at whatever rhythm feels good.
A swimsuit, a water bottle, and sandals or flip-flops. We provide towels. Bring a change of clothes if you'd like to freshen up afterward.
Yes. All public sessions are co-ed and swimsuits are required. If you prefer a private experience, book a private session for your group.
We recommend booking online to guarantee your spot, but walk-ins are welcome when space is available. Members get priority booking.
Cancel at least 24 hours before your session for a full refund or credit. Late cancellations and no-shows are not refunded. You have a 1-hour grace period after booking to cancel without penalty.
All guests must be at least 18 years of age.
